We accept returns up to 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the items are returned unused, in perfect condition and with all labels and original packaging.
You can initiate a return process from the order detail for any of the products individually by accessing your customer area.
We offer a free returns process through GLS for all orders. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund and we will return the package to you in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse, your refund to the original payment method will be processed within 14 days from the date of shipment.
Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange requests, if you need another size you will need to place a new order.
