The General Contracting Conditions that appear on our web portal contain legal information about your rights in accordance with the regulations on distance contracts and electronic commerce.

1. Scope and Customer Base
The following General Contract Conditions apply to the orders placed by our clients on our web portal, belonging to FABIÁN ANDRÉS ARBELAEZ JURADO (from now on, PREHIP). 3. Hiring / Shipping
With the services offer and products available on our website, a binding offer is not made for the formalization of any contract on these services.

The purchase contract for these products is made by you as a customer, when validating the order in the final step of the process.
The products will be sent by GLS delivery courier in the following periods:
Standard: Arrives in a maximum of 3 business days. Hours from 09:00 to 20:00 H.
Next day: Arrives on the next business day if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m., The package will be delivered before it.
 (Except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, these are not considered working days)

For orders outside of Spanish territory, please contact our service at indicating the product reference and an email and we will contact you as soon as possible.
There are some remote areas where we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered in the specified time - Please contact Customer Service if you have questions if this is the case for you. You will be asked to provide a phone number on the payment submission page, this is important in case the shipping company needs additional information to ensure optimal delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address to which we will send a confirmation of the successful completion of the order.
Shipments are made with GLS for all options. GLS delivers packages from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and requires the delivery to be signed. Select a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery

Orders shipped with Next Day Delivery will take priority and will be processed as soon as they are received in our warehouse.
Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and receipt of payment.
Delivery times may also vary based on shipping locations.

The contract is made when PREHIP accepts the order, through the purchase of the products and the corresponding email in which the formalization of the purchase contract is expressly accepted. Likewise, it will apply when you have paid the purchase price when authorizing the payment.

All prices indicated are fixed prices in Euros (€) that contain the legal Value Added Tax (VAT)


5. Offers
The customer can enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over 80€. To enjoy this offer, simply add products to your shopping cart in the quantity requested and free standard delivery will be applied automatically. You must select the "Standard delivery" option to benefit from the free shipping offer. Applicable only for orders with standard delivery with the amount required or higher, it also applies to Gift Cards. Please note that delivery costs will be applied for each delivery address. 7. General Policies
The client declares to know the price of the products offered by the company, being able to consult them on the website. Clients have the right to make suggestions, complaints and claims.

9. Exchanges and returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES will be made within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order:
The items that are returned must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and without altering their conditions of sale (They must keep all labels and original packaging)

10. Guarantee policy
The fact of making a claim to "PREHIP" does not imply that the product is automatically covered by the guarantee.
PREHIP decides whether the product (if applicable) is covered by the warranty or not.
Therefore, if the product is not covered by the guarantee, you will be informed of the reason. From that moment, it is you who will decide if you assume the costs that are caused by the repair (if possible) or that the product is returned to you without the incident resolved.
The shipping / collection costs generated by a product that are not covered by the guarantee, will be borne by the customer. On the other hand, if the product is covered by the guarantee, PREHIP will assume the costs
By requesting a guarantee, the customer agrees to:
The product has not been tampered with or misused.
Correctly report all the problems or defects that your product has (providing all possible information) and must be complete and concise. (The information not included will not be used for the management of the guarantee)
You should only provide the affected product without including possible accessories, these may be exposed to deterioration or loss and will not be the responsibility of "PREHIP".

You have the right to withdraw from this contract for our product within 15 days without the need for justification. This term will become effective at the moment in which the payments for our products are received.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period indicated above. If the product has already arrived at its destination and you already have it to make the subsequent return, the amount will be refunded immediately when we confirm the receipt / return of the product.

Consequences of the Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, all payments we have received will be returned to you. We will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.
